The Pharmaceutical industry was changing. J&J had to communicate new values and objectives to the company’s sales force.

For this event, J&J became a broadcasting company and both hotels where the event took place were transformed into large-scale TV studios, with different sets for each “program” featured in the agenda. The plenary room became a “living neighborhood” where, through a soap opera starring the company’s executives, the new corporate sales strategy was communicated.
